Often it will be necessary to instruct a Structural Engineer to carry out the required calculations for major structural work involved in your build. Instructing the engineer is the responsibility of the client and fees for these services are separate from any fees charged by A9 Architecture. You will need to ensure your Engineer is both suitably qualified and insured for the works they are undertaking for you.
