Your order phases

Survey
Our team will need measurements of your home to create accurate drawings. Sit tight and wait for one of our team member to visit your home. Get existing drawings of your home and an initial 3D concept image of your design.
Design & Draughting
Once we have everything we need, it’s time to start collaborating on your design. A9 Architecture Ltd starts your project from the ground up by draughting tried home designs. If needed, we can submit the planning application or development certificate on your behalf - just add it to your quote!
Detailed Design
Our team will add that extra level of detail to your drawings so that you meet all the legal requirements to start on site. Finding a reliable local builder and getting an accurate quote can be challenging, so using our nationwide trade connections, our team is always on hand to recommend professionals local to you.
