dwellings. The proposed design seeks to achieve an additional floor matching the character of the area but of a contemporary design.

The existing site currently has a single storey bungalow with a rear extension and detached garage to the rear.
The proposal seeks to remove the existing garage and an integral garage would be created and located to the front of the extended dwelling.
